I applaud Game’s efforts on constructing this song. Not many cats today would’ve taken the time to put together so many vets for a song that a lot of fans will overlook. To those who it means something to, though, it’s like a rap song time capsule. Or not, but my point remains. Doug E. Fresh even had the chance to make one of those 1989-esque 3 minute Hip Hop speeches that we don’t get much of these days.
Also, #shoutout to Game for not waiting until any of these dudes died to put this joint together. Not much homage gets paid these days, especially with rappers trying to kill each other, take their jewelries, & start new religions & what not.
